How does the QR code system work?

Each bathroom gets a unique QR code. Anyone can scan it to view the public status page, report an issue, and (optionally) see a recent cleaning record.

Do staff need logins?

No. The staff cleaning flow is login-free: they start with your venue staff code and a self-reported name, then work through a simple checklist. You can rotate the staff code anytime.

Can I download cleaning records (CSV)?

Yes. Owners/managers can download activity history (CSV), and downloads respect your current filters (bathroom, date range, event type).

What if someone abuses the public QR code reporting?

Public reports are anonymous by design. We store basic technical signals to detect abuse patterns and can throttle/block repeat offenders. You control what’s displayed publicly.

Is my data secure?

Operational data and cleaning records are stored securely in the cloud on Microsoft Azure and encrypted in transit. You can download your records anytime (CSV), cancel anytime, and you control what’s shown publicly.
